Royal Blue Designs has a 100% satisfaction guarantee on our web design, we will work with the client until he/she is 100% satisfied with the final
results. There will be no refunds or credits for web hosting & web design plans, updates, or additional services we offer. If you would like to cancel your
web hosting service with Royal Blue Designs you must fill out our “Account Termination Form” sign it, and fax it back to us at 1(516) 487-0417. or
send a email to billing@royalbluedesigns.com stating that you would like to terminate your account with RoyalBlueDesigns.com please include your
full name and your website name (the account holder’s signature must be present on the form, only he/she can terminate the account)

NOTICE: If you are terminating service with Royal Blue Designs please be aware your domain name & your website is registered under Royal Blue
Designs. Royal Blue Designs owns the rights to the domain name, if you would like to purchase the name or website from our company you may
request so at the time of cancellation (prices will vary). If you terminate your account before the one year contract has expired you will have to pay an early cancellation fee of $150.00.

MERCHANT CUSTOMERS:
At any time, and without cause, subscription to the service may be terminated by Royal Blue Designs, the site, or the subscriber upon
notification of the other by electronic or conventional mail, or by telephone or fax. When the member requests the termination, subscription fees are NOT refunded. Subscribers are liable for charges incurred by them until termination of service.
